Triple Tee Fashion Return & Refund Policy

We want every Queen to feel confident in her purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

 Eligibility for Return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Any gifts or promotional items included must also be returned
• We do not offer gift exchanges—you may return and place a new order for a replacement


 How to Start a Return

Please email fey.habeeb@tripleteefashion.ca with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

 Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable tariff/customs fees
• We offer a return label for $25 CAD, which will be deducted from your refund if chosen
• Refunds will be issued minus original shipping and any tariff/customs fees


 Inspection & Refund Process

• All returned items will be inspected upon arrival
• Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect
